When you close your eyes: what if? you ask.
What if I had the courage to go.
It’s not dark anymore.
The light flickers, and the first outlines begin to emerge. Fully formed images start spinning around your head, and your heartbeat ignites movement — asynchronous forces bending time and space, life travelling through the potential of possibility.
There’s adrenaline in your body, yet your body remains still.
I’ve always wondered how imagination can have such a tremendous impact on the body — a fuel that ignites universes, always in formation and destruction.
Through unknown lands, we discover the world through ourselves.

There’s something foreign in the journey. An Other. A strangeness that quivers, longing to be revealed. Alterity. I feel, and have always felt, that I am of no land. And I am a land where I have never arrived.
